Henderson Hills Baptist Church Boulevard Campus

Seeking to expand their existing facilities, Henderson Hills purchased an adjacent church property. However, both facilities lacked an auditorium sufficient in size to accommodate their worship service capacity needs, and the two facilities lacked a common design characteristic. A master plan was prepared which included, a 1100 seat auditorium (expandable to 1800) and a classroom addition to the South campus. The auditorium, located near the center of the site, is the cornerstone of the new design. Being the largest of the structures, it focuses attention on the importance of the worship experience. The Worship Center has been designed to facilitate an intimate worship experience as well as major productions such as the church’s annual Christmas and Easter presentations.
